This June, EVO Entertainment Group is ramping up its summer offerings with themed events, new and limited-time menu offerings and more in conjunction with this summer’s newest releases and flashback films. EVO guests can partake in onsite visits by The Peach Truck, celebrate holidays such as National Best Friend Day and Father’s Day with limited-time offers, or join in the fun at late-night and children’s-themed pajama parties. (EVO Entertainment Group, 2021)

  • National Best Friend Day: June 8, 2021 
    • On National Best Friday Day (June 8, 2021), EVO Elevate Rewards members can enjoy a one-day, buy one get one free offer on all candy from EVO’s concessions. This is an in-app offer only. Available at all locations.
  • KidFLIX Summer Movie Clubhouse: Starting June 9, 2021 
    • Kicking off on June 9, 2021 with Lego Movie, guests can enjoy kid-approved films every Wednesday at 10a.m. for just $1. Tickets are available for purchase weekly through August 11, 2021.
  • Peter Rabbit Kids Pancake Pajama Party: June 12, 2021 
    • In celebration of the release of Peter Rabbit II: The Runaway, EVO Entertainment will host a special children’s pajama party at EVO’s Schertz, Kyle and Belterra Village locations. Participants will have a selection of pancakes to enjoy, as well as themed coloring pages and more. Tickets are on sale online. 
  • Father’s Day at EVO: June 20, 2021
    • In honor of Father’s Day on June 20, 2021, EVO will offer 25% off pitchers of beer at EVO’s Schertz, Kyle and Springtown locations, as well as 25% off bowling games; discount is valid through in-store and online purchase. Offer is valid on Father’s Day only.
  • The Peach Truck: June 22, 2021 
    • The Peach Truck is coming back to town. Pickups of peaches and other select items will be available on June 22, 2021 with pre-orders only. Guests interested in ordering for a June 22 pickup must place their order before June 17. Pickups will take place at EVO Kyle from 8:30a.m. to 10a.m. June 22, and from 3:30p.m. to 5p.m. at EVO Schertz on June 22. Anyone who purchases a box of peaches or products from The Peach Truck will receive a complimentary one-hour video game card to redeem at EVO Schertz or EVO Kyle.   • Mean Girls Ladies Night Adult Pajama Party: June 25, 2021
    • On June 25, 2021, EVO will host a ladies night-themed adult pajama party in conjunction with Flashback Cinema which will feature a showing of Mean Girls. Guests can enjoy a special Adult PJ Party-themed menu, including Loaded Tater Tots, Beef Nachos, Pulled Pork Hot Dog, Adult Grilled Cheese and S’mores. Tickets available online.

EVO celebrates sixth anniversary with free movies for Elevate Members

In celebration of EVO Entertainment Group’s and Kyle Crossing’s sixth anniversaries, each of EVO Entertainment Group’s seven locations will offer free movies to EVO Elevate Members on Saturday, November 21, 2020. Elevate Members can redeem their free movie pass to enjoy a new release, an old classic or a holiday favorite. EVO’s Pumpkin Spiked Shake Returns – Beginning Monday, September 7, 2020, EVO’s Pumpkin Spiked Shake will return to all open locations for a limited time through Monday, November 30, 2020. The Pumpkin Spiked Shake includes vodka and Baileys Pumpkin Spice liqueur and is available for $10.50; a non-alcoholic version of the shake will be available for $8.50.  

National Video Game Day – Saturday, September 12, 2020 – In celebration of National Video Game Day, guests can enjoy unlimited all-day video game play for only $10 at all participating EVO locations.

National Cheeseburger Day – Friday, September 18, 2020 – In honor of National Cheeseburger Day, EVO is offering a buy one, get one free burger deal for all EVO Elevate members at EVO Schertz, Kyle, Springtown and Belterra when purchased through the EVO app.

EVO Film Fest with Jason Faunt & Michael Copon – The EVO Film Fest returns with back-to-back, in-theater events at EVO Belterra (Friday, September 18, 2020) and EVO Schertz (Saturday, September 19, 2020). The special event will feature a screening of Power Rangers Time Force and will be hosted by Power Rangers stars Jason Faunt and Michael Copon. A Q&A session will take place following the conclusion of the movie. Tickets are available online for $15.

Grub & Game Combos – Launching Friday, September 25, EVO Entertainment will be offering a special Grub & Game promotion, pairing select entrees from the EVO Cafe with EVO game cards at a discounted rate. Combinations include: Entree + $10 game card for $15.99 and Entree + $20 game card for $24.99. Entree offerings include Classic Burger, Chicken Tenders, Honey Sriracha Tacos, Chicken and Waffles, Pesto Chicken Flatbread, Philly Cheese steak, 10” Pepperoni Pizza, Fried Shrimp Basket, Classic Caesar with Shrimp or Chicken or Pulled Pork Nachos.

Even though this year’s Fiesta has been cancelled, many in San Antonio still love to celebrate Fiesta and collecting medals.  This week, EVO Entertainment Group is kicking off a limited time offer at their Schertz and Creekside locations where guests can purchase a Frozen Mangonada Margarita and receive a free EVO 2020 Fiesta Medal with purchase. EVO Entertainment Group® is excited to announce Anthony Michael Hall’s Summer Drive-In Film Festival taking place over four weekends in July and August. Anthony Michael Hall, known for films like The Breakfast Club, Weird Science, 16 Candles and more will be hosting the film festival. Each evening will offer a double-feature presentation of two films shown outdoors at the EVO® Drive-In experience. The festival will take place at EVO Entertainment’s Schertz, Texas and Kyle, Texas locations. (EVO Entertainment Group, 2020)

Throughout the screenings, guests will have the ability to purchase food and beverage, merchandise, autographs and more via EVO’s mobile app. During the intermission between the two films, guests will also enjoy a 45-minute interactive Q&A with Anthony Michael Hall and guests plus the opportunity to have a professional photo taken with the celebrities. In order to promote a safe environment, questions for the Q&A will be submitted via EVO’s mobile app or in writing. Guests that partake in the photo opportunity will be asked to wear a mask up until the photo is taken and photos will be available for download through EVO’s website. The use of personal phones for photos will not be permitted in an effort to limit the number of surfaces being touched during the photo opportunity.

All tickets are priced at $25.00 per vehicle and can be purchased online. Tickets are valid only for the weekend and location chosen and shown on the tickets. Guests must purchase a separate ticket for each event they wish to attend, there are no all-inclusive ticket options. Tickets are non-refundable.

EVO Entertainment Group assumes operations of former Sky Cinemas

EVO Entertainment Group® recently announced that it will assume operation of the former Sky Cinemas space at Belterra Village in Dripping Springs, TX. The 14-screen cinema is slated to reopen to the public under EVO® ownership on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 in alignment with current city and state ordinances. (EVO Entertainment Group, 2020)

The theater will immediately undergo re-branding to become EVO® Cinemas with plans for significant improvements over the next 12 months. EVO® plans to invest over $1 million dollars toward the venue in order to implement offerings such as EVO® dine-in with push button in-theater service, as well as expansion of the existing kitchen into a signature scratch kitchen, and the addition of EVO®’s craft cocktail and beer programming. The venue will also feature expanded live music and community event offerings, allowing for an overall improved guest experience.

This move further expands EVO Entertainment Group’s® cinematic offerings to 71 screens across Central Texas and achieves over six-times growth for EVO Entertainment Group® since the company’s founding in November 2014.
