Hotel Emma continues its 10th anniversary celebrations with a special lineup of culinary events and guest chefs. Following Executive Chef Geronimo Lopez’ recognition as Chef Ambassador representing San Antonio as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, Sternewirth and Supper will continue to highlight his artistry and innovation through unforgettable dining experiences. Pop-Up Dinner at Botika with Chef Adrian Davila

Davila’s BBQ, a nationally recognized restaurant in Seguin, is excited to partner with San Antonio favorite Botika for a special collaboration dinner on Thursday, October 18 from 6p.m. to 8p.m. Influenced by Latin American traditions and Chef Adrian Davila’s family’s vaquero lifestyle, the dinner will feature a curated menu that reflects Chef Adrian’s and Chef Geronimo Lopez’ innovative craftsmanship. Tickets are not required but reservations are highly recommended and may be done by calling (210) 670-7684. (Botika, 2018)

Pork belly steamed buns with Davila’s specialty smoked pork and Botika’s hoisin sauce – $12
Beef tataki nigiris with Davila’s special rub and Botika’s chimichurri – $14

Davila’s brisket “lomo saltado” – $14
Davila’s “Big Red” cake – $5

There will also be an exclusive book signing featuring Chef Adrian’s recent cookbook, “Cowboy Barbecue” where he celebrates traditions of Latin America and Texas, taking inspiration from the vaquero lifestyle of his own family history. Book will be on sale for $20, originally $24.95.
