To celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Taco Cabana will offer three limited-time specials starting Wednesday, November 25, 2020. Taco Cabana lovers can enjoy their favorite menu items at special prices, including signature Taco Cabana tacos, margaritas, Cabana Bowls and more. (Taco Cabana, 2020)

Kicking off the trio of specials, “Drinksgiving” will offer guests their choice of any one Taco Cabana soft taco, excluding brisket and steak tacos, and margarita combination of their choice for only $3. This combo is available on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 only. 

On Black Friday, November 27, Taco Cabana invites guests to enjoy a buy one, get one (BOGO) offer on their signature shredded chicken or ground beef TC Cabana Bowls, available with or without a crispy tortilla shell. This BOGO offer is valid on Black Friday November 27, 2020 only. 

Both the “Drinksgiving” and Black Friday offer can be ordered online for front counter and curbside pick-up, via the drive-thru or by mobile order when using the MYTC! App. When redeeming the BOGO offer online, guests must use “Code424.”  Neither offer is available through third party delivery service providers.

Lastly, starting Black Friday, November 27, 2020 and running through Cyber Monday, November 30, 2020, Taco Cabana will offer a $0 delivery fee on all online orders with a minimum of $10 purchase. The offer is available when purchasing online, through the MYTC! App, DoorDash, Uber Eats or GrubHub.

Veterans and active military members can order a two-enchilada or three-enchilada plate for 50% off the regular price. The popular Tex-Mex chain is offering its cheese enchiladas with a choice of six sauces and guests can choose to add shredded chicken, ground beef, chicken fajita or steak fajita as well. Taco Cabana is bringing brisket back with the introduction of Green Chile Brisket. Launching Monday, November 2, 2020, Taco Cabana offers brisket in a new, delicious way. Taco Cabana took Texas’ favorite cut of beef and added its own twist – tender cuts of smoked brisket cooked in a green chile sauce, made with roasted jalapenos and tomatillo sauce. Fans of the iconic brand can enjoy Green Chile Brisket in a variety of platforms, including breakfast tacos ($2.29), tortas ($5.99), tacos ($3.49) and Cabana Bowls ($7.69) for a limited time. Taco Cabana is thrilled to announce the launch of four new $1 tacos and new breakfast enchilada items at all San Antonio locations starting Wednesday October 28, 2020. Taco Cabana guests can order the new breakfast enchiladas and $1 tacos all day, every day. (Taco Cabana, 2020)

The new $1 tacos include four different recipes, including Potato a la Mexicana (potatoes with pico de gallo), Potato Ranchero, Bean & Chorizo and Eggs a la Mexicana (scrambled eggs with pico de gallo).

The new Breakfast Enchiladas feature a variety of flavor-filled builds, including two cheese enchiladas topped with guest’s choice of Tex-Mex or Ranchero Sauce and scrambled eggs or chorizo and eggs – each $4.49. Guests can add potatoes or refried beans for $4.79 or add potatoes and refried beans for $5.09.

Taco Cabana announces return of enchiladas with Enchilada Fest

Back by popular demand, Taco Cabana’s enchiladas are back with more variety and options than ever before. Starting today, Wednesday October 14, guests can enjoy Enchilada Fest, a celebration of Taco Cabana’s signature cheese enchiladas with a choice of six new sauces including: Suiza, Ranchero, Green Chile, Tex-Mex, Sour Cream or Queso. Two-enchilada plates will be available for $5.99 and three-enchilada plates will be available for $7.69. Each plate includes rice, refried beans, guacamole and two flour tortillas. Guests can top their enchilada with a choice of shredded chicken, ground beef or chicken fajita for $.99, or steak fajita for $1.29. Guests can also shop the convenient TC Pantry in-store or online and take home an easy-to-prepare 12-pack Enchilada Casserole for $24.99 to cook and eat at home, a perfect option for any family dinner or gathering.

Just in time for fall, Taco Cabana is launching three new seasonal margarita flavors. Starting this Monday, guests can enjoy Pumpkin Spice, Sour Gummy and Blood Orange frozen margaritas. (Taco Cabana, 2020)

The Pumpkin Spice flavor is synonymous with fall and Taco Cabana is excited to introduce its first-ever Pumpkin Spice margarita. The three new margarita flavors join the current Taco Cabana margarita lineup of Lime, Strawberry, Mango, Strawberry Mango, Green Apple and Mangonada, which all remain available on Taco Cabana’s menu. Chamoy can still be added to any margarita at no additional charge. Margaritas are available for purchase all day, every day (starting at 10a.m. on Sundays) at all locations in Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, El Paso, Houston and San Antonio.

Taco Cabana introduces Mexican-style tortas to menu

Taco Cabana is excited to announce three new menu items coming to its locations throughout Texas. Beginning today, Wednesday September 2, 2020, the popular restaurant chain is now offering a Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork Torta for the first time in the company’s 42-year history. In addition, guests can enjoy the Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork in a taco or cabana bowl.  (Taco Cabana, 2020)

Taco Cabana is launching the popular Mexican sandwich platform with the Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork Torta. The torta’s traditional build includes refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes and Taco Cabana’s chipotle crema. The taco is filled with Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork and topped with lettuce, tomatoes and chipotle crema. The cabana bowl includes Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork, refried beans, rice, lettuce, shredded cheese, chipotle crema and pico de gallo.  New menu items will be available in participating Texas locations in Austin, San Antonio, DFW, Houston and El Paso.

The Mango-Habanero Pulled Pork Torta is available for $5.29 a la carte or $7.29 for a plate with rice and beans; the taco is available for $2.29 a la carte or $6.99 for a plate; the cabana bowl is $5.99. Guests can place orders for all their Taco Cabana favorites via the convenient drive-thru, or for curbside pickup or delivery. Orders of $10 or more placed online or the MYTC! App are eligible for free delivery.

Taco Cabana launches QuesoMania and new MargaritaPalooza flavors

Taco Cabana is excited to announce several new food and beverage items coming to its locations throughout Texas beginning Wednesday August 26, 2020. The popular restaurant chain is launching ‘QuesoMania’ and expanding its MargaritaPalooza flavor offerings. (Taco Cabana, 2020)

With the launch of QuesoMania, guests can enjoy three new and delicious loaded queso options. Quesos are available for purchase in size small or large for $2.99 or $4.29 respectively in the following flavor combinations: 

  • Queso with corn, cotija cheese and Taco Cabana Hot Sauce
  • Queso with chorizo, beans and jalapenos
  • Queso with ground beef and pico de gallo

Due to overwhelming demand, Taco Cabana is also extending its MargaritaPalooza offerings, replacing six current flavors with six new flavors. As of this week, the Frose, MojitoRita, Prickly Pear, Passion Fruit and Star-Spangled Banner Margarita flavors will be retired. Starting August 26, 2020, Taco Cabana will launch six new margarita flavors, including:

  • Green Apple
  • Pineapple Chamoy
  • Tamarindo
  • Spicy Guava
  • Sangria
  • Strawberry Mango

The Lime, Strawberry, Mango, Blue Curacao, Mangonada and Watermelon margaritas will remain available for purchase as part of MargaritaPalooza and the popular Dr Pepper margarita will also be available upon request. $2 margaritas are available for purchase all day, every day at locations in Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, El Paso, Houston and San Antonio.  

Guests can add chamoy to any TC margarita for no charge as well make any margarita a Jose Cuervo for an additional $2.  Margaritas are available via online ordering for front counter and curbside pick-up, as well as via the drive-thru with food purchase. Margaritas are also available for delivery via online ordering in San Antonio only.

MYTC! loyalty guests who complete the TC MargaritaPalooza Tour – purchasing all 12 flavors by September 30, 2020 –  will see their name on the TC MargaritaPalooza Virtual Wall. Download the MYTC! app to join and start earning points on all alcohol and food purchases.

To continue the celebration around MargaritaPalooza, Taco Cabana will also launch its Drive-Thru Weekend Fiestas starting Saturday, August 29, 2020. The fiestas will take place every Saturday and Sunday and will feature a special weekend-only menu, Taco Cabana MargaritaPalooza collectible cups available for $1, music and more.
