The Dollar Sale returns to Twin Liquors this week

Texas’ favorite sale, The Dollar Sale, is returning this month to Twin Liquors. Featuring savings on all wine and spirits across the store, Twin Liquors drops the price to the absolute lowest, then adds $1. Shoppers can look forward to unbeatable prices on collectible wines, rare whiskies and other popular spirits like Lalo Tequila for $39.99 on sale, versus $49.99 as the regular price, and Jameson Caskmates $24.39 on sale, versus $29.99 as the regular price. The Dollar Sale, which began over ten years ago, was created as a way to say thank you to all Twin Liquors customers and the team is excited to bring back the sale to the community. To celebrate the kick-off of the annual three-day sale, all Marketplace locations will be offering free breakfast tacos and Deep Eddy Bloody Marys on February 23 beginning at 10a.m. until supplies last. The Dollar Sale will take place at all 100+ Twin Liquors locations, and will include Sigel’s locations across Dallas.

Twin Liquors is hosting a Whiskey Grand Tasting Event and a raffle opportunity to purchase a bottle of Old Forester Birthday Bourbon in preparation of the Holiday season. There will be tasting stations located around the store that will feature Old Forester 86*, 100*, and 1897 Bourbon, Woodford Reserve Bourbons and Rye, Jack Daniels Single Barrel Whiskey, Slane Irish Whiskey and GlenDronach 12 yr. The event is taking place on Thursday, December 8 from 6p.m. to 8p.m. at Twin’s #68 store at 12955 San Pedro Avenue in San Antonio. Yesterday Twin Liquors announced the grand opening of its newest location in Alamo Heights. The store will be located in the same shopping center it is currently in, but will be moving into the old Stein Mart location at 99 E Basse Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209. With a bigger space, the new liquor store will boast a tasting bar and education center along with a fine wine room, expanded product selection and more. (Twin Liquors, 2022)

Since the first Dollar Sale was activated 10 years ago in honor of their 75th anniversary, the sale has been a way for Twin Liquors to thank their customers and this year is no exception. Now celebrating their 85th anniversary, the Twin Liquors team is looking forward to bringing back the fan favorite sale after the pandemic forced a hiatus. Twin Liquors is excited to announce the launch of the new Holiday Entertaining Guide designed to provide advice on hosting this holiday season. On September 16, in honor of Bourbon Heritage Month, Woodford Reserve Master Distiller Chris Morris, in partnership with Twin Liquors, will host a fun and informative evening, complete with a brief history on the brand and a virtual tasting and Q&A. Twin Liquors will also have a Heritage Bourbon Sale throughout the month of September to include discounted prices on delicious Bourbon, like Four Roses, Maker’s Mark, Angel’s Envy, Woodford Reserve, Brother’s Bond, and dozens more. The sale will kick off today, August 18, and run through Monday, September 6, 2021. Shoppers can look forward to amazing prices on collectible wines, Twin Sourced wines, and hundreds of popular spirits.
