To help pamper dads, local or visiting, the hotel will offer a Gentleman’s Refresher Pedicure at its luxurious spa to be booked for only $50. This refreshing pedicure is targeted to the guy on the go with tired toes. Service begins with a warm salt soak, followed by a refreshing lower leg and foot scrub. Hydrating massage cream is worked into the lower legs and feet after cuticle work, nail work, and dead skin is polished off. Please note that this service is not only for men, but it does not include any kind of nail polish.

Guests can upgrade the pedicure service with a Specialized Treatment Mask add-on for only $40. The specialized sheet masks are excellent for infusing skin with deep hydration, as well as potent ingredients like neroli, maple water, comfrey, and slow-aging ingredients, to leave skin feeling clean and immediately glowing. In addition to the unique offerings at the hotel’s Spa, guests can celebrate dad and elevate the day with a Corinne San Antonio feast. With a modern, comfortable design and refreshing menu that offers a new take on San Antonio dining, Corinne provides a perfect place to gather for Father’s Day brunch or dinner. Central Texas is in the prime location for watching the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse on Monday, April 8th. This total solar eclipse will be the last one to go over the United States for two decades, making it a must-see event. There will be several events in San Antonio and the surrounding area for people who want to take in this celestial event. Here are a couple of them.

Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection is excited to announce its Solar Eclipse viewing event open to the public and hotel guests on Monday, April 8. The hotel will host FREE yoga on the lawn, a tea ceremony, astrology speaker, and Anaqua Party. Guests must RSVP through Eventbrite link HERE and show confirmation upon arrival. Spring in San Antonio brings a solar eclipse and Fiesta

As April approaches, there will be plenty of events happening in San Antonio. Since it falls in the path of the 2024 solar eclipse on April 8, all eyes will be on Texas. San Antonio will be one of the few cities to witness the totality of the solar eclipse and Thompson San Antonio – Riverwalk is hosting a celestial themed Solar Brunch on the rooftop with signature cocktails to watch the moon as it passes between the sun and the Earth. Then at the end of the month, the annual San Antonio Fiesta returns, showcasing the city’s rich Latin heritage and culture with Thompson playing host to a neighborhood Block Party. Solar Eclipse

Experience the highly anticipated solar eclipse set to cross the U.S in 2024, as San Antonio will be one of the few cities to witness a total eclipse. On April 8, total darkness will be cast as the sun’s rays will be blocked by the passing moon, which won’t occur again until 2045. San Antonio, being the largest city in the path of totality, is a prime place for visitors to witness the natural phenomenon as tours and campgrounds are already being reserved.

Fiesta

San Antonio’s Fiesta celebration is one of the largest festivals in the U.S., providing countless special events that showcase the city’s rich Latin heritage and culture. The tradition of celebrating Fiesta started in 1891 as a parade event to share memories with loved ones and honor the memory of the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto. The city’s signature event, which is sponsored by various nonprofit organizations, returns to San Antonio for another year with a festival from April 18-28, 2024.

The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa is offering a luxury pup experience that is sure to “bow WOW” your canine companion and provide families with the ability to have their dog join them on vacation. The resort’s Pet Retreat Package offers accommodations in uniquely decorated standard guest rooms with walk out patios providing easy access to the property’s lush lawns. San Antonio’s Fiesta is coming up this month and it is one of the largest festivals in the U.S., providing countless special events that showcase the city’s rich Latin heritage and culture. On April 29, Thompson San Antonio – Riverwalk invites guests and locals to a Fiesta Block Party with fun activities, food and drinks, live entertainment, and excellent views of the Flambeau parade, America’s largest illuminated parade.
