She carries a lance and has powers that allow her to manipulate water: “Lucy raised her hand with an open palm as water began to swirl around it like magic…” Despite being an ocean god, she mingles with the populace and they have no problem interacting with her during the town’s festival. Right from the start, she bumps heads with Reaver, so it will be intriguing to find out how their relationship will handle them needing to work together.
