Fresh Bowl & Co.’s arrival in Stone Oak brings a restaurant concept shaped by more than 15 years of operating experience in Puebla, Mexico to the U.S. for the first time. Founded in 2025 and inspired by the team’s experience with Salad Bowl, a popular personalized healthy-food concept developed in Mexico, Fresh Bowl & Co. chose San Antonio as the starting point for its U.S. journey.
