Meet Don Lino: La Panadería’s First-Ever Mascot
The Stone Oak opening also introduces Don Lino, La Panadería’s very first mascot.
Don Lino is a heartfelt tribute to the generations of bakers who inspired the Cáceres family’s craft. Named after a legendary baker from the brothers’ childhood stories in Mexico City, Don Lino represents the warmth, tradition, and artistry behind every loaf of bread.
With his signature mustache and dimpled smile, Don Lino embodies:
- Early-morning dedication
- The scent of fresh bread
- The enduring spirit of La Panadería
The Don Lino story was written by Emiliano Cáceres Manzano, son of co-founder José Cáceres. Guests can meet Don Lino for the very first time during the Stone Oak grand opening.
