Kimpton Santo
Enjoy a Thanksgiving Family-Style Meal in the stunning San Juan Grand Ballroom at Kimpton Santo on Thursday, November 28 with two seatings. Interested guests can choose to dine between 11a.m. to 2p.m. or 2:30p.m. to 5:30p.m. All ages are welcome to attend. Tickets are available through Eventbrite. The San Antonio Museum of Art is hosting a Touch-Free Family Day celebrating Día de los Muertos on Sunday, November 7, 2021. From 11a.m. to 3p.m., families can explore the Latin American galleries with a bilingual, self-paced scavenger hunt and learn more about Día de los Muertos with a link to a story time video. Kids can also decorate a traditional sugar skull and craft tissue paper cempasúchil (marigolds). The best part is that it is free for SAISD students and families.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, La Panadería is introducing a limited-time Pink Concha for the month of October. The Pink Concha will be available at all three locations from October 1 – 31, 2021 for $3.50, and $1.00 from each Pink Concha sold will go directly to the Alamo Breast Cancer Foundation. National S’mores Day on August 10 recognizes the most popular campfire treat. Millions of people of all ages love this gooey, toasted treat which consists of a roasted marshmallow with a layer of chocolate bar sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker. National Tequila Day is around the corner on Saturday, July 24, and whether you like your tequila in a glass or a croissant, frozen or on the rocks, these local businesses have the perfect way to celebrate. For an at-home celebration, Twang is sharing a delicious Cerveza Rosa recipe, while San Antonio staple La Panadería is serving up house blend frozen margaritas in addition to their traditional Tequila Almond Croissants. Celebrate Independence Day with La Panadería

Returning just in time for Independence Day Weekend, San Antonio staple La Panadería will bring back its patriotic-themed croissant, available at its Broadway, Houston St. and La Cantera Heights locations for a limited time July 2 through July 4. A delectable addition to this year’s July 4 festivities, La Panadería will offer its popular Tres Leches Croissant filled with strawberries and cream, and topped with red, white & blue frosting.
