
As fall rolls in, San Antonio favorite Bakery Lorraine is giving foodies a reason to celebrate. Alongside a brand-new autumn menu, the bakery is bringing back its highly requested hands-on pie-making classes. (Bakery Lorraine, 2026)

Fall Menu Highlights
Starting Tuesday, September 1, all Bakery Lorraine locations will feature a fresh seasonal lineup of sweet and savory pastries.
New Desserts
- Cookies and Cream Cheesecake: Chocolate cookie crust with a cookie crumb swirl, topped with vanilla buttercream and a chocolate sandwich cookie.
- Verrine de Vin Blanc (Gluten-Free): Layers of apricot gelée, white wine mousse, and a vanilla cream center with fresh grapes and white wine gelée.
Seasonal Pastries
- Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Croissant: Creamy spinach, artichokes, herbs, and Gruyère cheese wrapped in a flaky crust.
- Chocolate Loaf Cake: Rich chocolate cake glazed with dark chocolate ganache.
- More Seasonal Treats: Carrot and Blackberry Tart, Pumpkin Spice Cookie, and Blueberry Cream Tart.
Master the Art of Pie-Making
Back by popular demand, Bakery Lorraine is hosting a limited series of hands-on savory pie-making workshops. Led by Executive Pastry Chef Jenn Riesman, participants will learn step-by-step how to make a Chicken & Sausage Pot Pie and a mini Tomato Pie from scratch.
Each $60 ticket covers admission for up to two people, making it a great outing for couples, friends, or family. Plus, you get to take home everything you bake!
