Bakery Lorraine’s Seasonal Rollout: New Desserts, Pastries & Workshops

As fall rolls in, San Antonio favorite Bakery Lorraine is giving foodies a reason to celebrate. Alongside a brand-new autumn menu, the bakery is bringing back its highly requested hands-on pie-making classes. (Bakery Lorraine, 2026)

Here is everything you need to know about the new seasonal treats and upcoming events.

Fall Menu Highlights

Starting Tuesday, September 1, all Bakery Lorraine locations will feature a fresh seasonal lineup of sweet and savory pastries.

New Desserts

  • Cookies and Cream Cheesecake: Chocolate cookie crust with a cookie crumb swirl, topped with vanilla buttercream and a chocolate sandwich cookie.
  • Verrine de Vin Blanc (Gluten-Free): Layers of apricot gelée, white wine mousse, and a vanilla cream center with fresh grapes and white wine gelée.

Seasonal Pastries

  • Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Croissant: Creamy spinach, artichokes, herbs, and Gruyère cheese wrapped in a flaky crust.
  • Chocolate Loaf Cake: Rich chocolate cake glazed with dark chocolate ganache.
  • More Seasonal Treats: Carrot and Blackberry Tart, Pumpkin Spice Cookie, and Blueberry Cream Tart.

Master the Art of Pie-Making

Back by popular demand, Bakery Lorraine is hosting a limited series of hands-on savory pie-making workshops. Led by Executive Pastry Chef Jenn Riesman, participants will learn step-by-step how to make a Chicken & Sausage Pot Pie and a mini Tomato Pie from scratch.

Each $60 ticket covers admission for up to two people, making it a great outing for couples, friends, or family. Plus, you get to take home everything you bake!
